David Gerstenfeld, MD, FACS
Dr. David Gerstenfeld received his undergraduate degree from Duke University. He then attended medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he achieved the highest academic award, entry into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. Dr. Gerstenfeld then performed his residency training in ophthalmology at the Albert Einstein University Hospital system, where he gained experience learning under some of the top minds in the field at Montefiore Medical Center.
Michael Nejat, MD, FACS
Dr. Michael Nejat received his Medical Degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Nejat was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society at Mount Sinai. This honor is only bestowed to the top medical graduates. Dr Nejat completed his residency in ophthalmology at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, ranked as the #1 ophthalmology training program in New York by US New & World Report.
Paul Guerriero, M.D.
Dr. Guerriero is a Board certified Ophthalmic Surgeon specializing in Retina and Vitreous diseases and Uveitis. Dr.Guerriero received his medical degree in 1983 from Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Guerriero received his medical degree in 1983 from Downstate Medical Center. He has extensive clinical and surgical experience form the New York and Ear Infirmary where he received his Residency training in Ophthalmology. As a third year resident, he won the prestigious Louis Girard Award which is given to the graduating senior who has made a significant contribution to ophthalmic research.
